Mr. MARIO SCARZELLA (ITA) – PRESIDENT – term: 2018/2022 He was born in Azzano d’Asti on 24 May 1946 and lives in Torino.
He was elected EMAU Council Member in 2002 during the Congress held in Ankara (Turkey), and on 13 March 2006 in Jaen (Spain) he has been elected EMAU President. He has been re-confirmed as WAE President (EMAU changed the name in World Archery Europe – WAE since 2012) in the Congress in 2010 in Rovereto (Italy). He was reconfirmed WAE President at the 2014 Congress in Yerevan (ARM) and at 2018 WAE Congress in Legnica (POL).
He is the President of the Italian Archery Federation (FITARCO) since 2001.
He was elected FITA member in 2005 and during the Congress held in Torino (ITA) in 2011 he has been elected 1st Vice President of the World Archery (WA), the new name of the International Federation (FITA) and reconfirmed 1st Vice President at 2015 WA Congress in Copenaghen (DEN).

Mr. VLADIMIR ESHEEV (RUS) – FIRST VICE PRESIDENT – term: 2016/2020 He is one of the greatest archers of all times. Since 1997 he is the President of the Russian Archery Federation. He has been elected as Vice President of EMAU (WAE since 2012) in 2000. He has been re-elected in 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 during the Congress in Nottingham.
He is a member of the WA Executive Board since 2005.

Mr. HAKAN CAKIROGLU (TUR) – VICE PRESIDENT – term: 2018/2022
He was born in Gelibolu (TUR) on 20 July 1960. He is Council Member of the Turkish Archery Federation and President of Technical Committee of TAF.
He has been elected WAE Executive Board Member during the 2010 elective Congress held in Rovereto (ITA).
He was elected as WAE Vice President during the 2014 Congress in Yerevan (ARM), and reconfirmed as WAE Vice President at the 2018 WAE Congress in Legnica (POL).

Prof. Dr. UGUR ERDENER (TUR) – WAE Honorary President He was elected Vice-President of EMAU in 1996 during the Congress of Mol.
During the Congress in Poland in 2000 he was elected President of EMAU and was re-elected in Sassari, Italy in 2004. He was the President of the Turkish Archery Federation until 2006. During the FITA Congress in June 2005 in Madrid Dr. Erdener was elected as FITA President and after the EMAU Council meeting on 24 June 2005 he left his position in EMAU.
He is nowadays Honorary President of EMAU.

Mr. KLAUS LINDAU (GER) – WAE HONORARY VICE PRESIDENT He per decades was involved in the World and European Archery Sport.
He was Chairman of the Archery Division of the German Shooting Federation (Deutscher Schuetzenbund). In 2003, he was elected as FITA CouncilMember during the Congress held inNew York, and his term finished in 2011.
He was Vice President of EMAU from 1996 to 2005 when he was appointed as Acting President of the Union until the Elective Congress held in March 2006 in Spain.
During that Congress he was re-elected Vice-President of EMAU, and he was confirmed in the Congress 2010 in Rovereto. He was named in 2006 by EMAU Council, Judges Committee Liaison Officer. He was an International Judge since 1989 and nowadays he is a Judge Emeritus of World Archery.
He was appointed WAE Honorary Vice-President at 2014 Yerevan Congress.

Mr. GIANNI MANGINO (ITA) – WAE HONORARY TREASURER He was born on 11 January 1928 in Milano.
During the Congress in Malta in 1992, he was appointed as EMAU Treasurer by the EMAU President, Gino Mattielli.
He had been cooperating for 20 years with EMAU as Treasurer and he was confirmed in such a task by 3 different EMAU Presidents.
He retired from such a task during the Congress in Amsterdam (20 May 2012), and on that occasion he was appointed by the Congress Delegates as WAE Honorary Treasurer.
He has been working also in FITA as Treasurer for 30 years.
